On the outside, everything looks fine. But on the inside…

You may feel worthless or unworthy under the crushing pressure to fit in.
You may feel like nobody cares, nobody gets it, and nobody can begin to understand.
Your friend may confide in you that they’re contemplating suicide, and you have no idea where to turn.

It’s important you know:
You are really really not alone. It’s normal.

Normal to struggle with mental health. Normal to feel anxious. Normal to feel like you are never enough.

You might need a little or a lot of help to get through tough times and that’s perfectly OK.

Teenhood can feel really rough. And it’s also the best time for you to reach out.

Reaching out for help isn’t weak. It’s strength. You matter and your reality is important.

Let’s make asking for help super normal. Because it is.
