Empowering Every Teen

Explore Events

Our Goal

We empower teens to help their peers who are struggling and teach skills for offering support. We cultivate an environment of safety and inclusion while emphasizing that there is strength in seeking help.

Our Mission

UMatter is based on the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s teachings that each person’s soul is worthy of boundless love, and none of us are complete unless all are included. Umatter continues to spread that light.

Our Work

Through interactive and educational events, UMatter helps teens shatter the stigmas surrounding mental-health challenges and create an atmosphere of inclusion in their community and school.

UMatter Programs

UMatter facilitates interactive workshops and innovative projects that empower teens with knowledge about mental health topics and available community support.
